Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE has released the final date sheet for the upcoming Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2026. CBSE datesheet 2026 for Class 10th First Exam and the CBSE 12th Board Exams 2026 is now available on the official website cbse.gov.in.
The new date sheet has changes as per the LOC submitted by the various schools. Students and parents are advised to go through the final date sheet. CBSE 10th 12th Board Exams 2026 begin from February 17, 2026. The date sheet for main exams is also provided below for quick reference.

Students and parents may please note that from 2026, CBSE will be conducting Class 10 Board Exams twice. All students will have an opportunity to appear for both the examinations. However, the February examinations are mandatory for all students and only the second examination is optional.
Furthermore, the second exam will be conducted in May and the date sheet will be released later. Again, please remember – FIRST Exams or February Examinations are Mandatory. Also, students will be allowed to appear for only the subjects they have opted for in the February examinations. They will not be able to add another subject later.
