Veteran Kannada actor Jayanthi passed away on Monday due to ill health at her residence in Bengaluru. She was 76years old. Abhinaya Sharadhe Jayanthi is a prominent name in the Kannada film industry. Her carrier spanned from 1960 to the late 80s.
The veteran actor was recovering from illnesses. However, she breathed her last during her sleep. The late actor in an interview given last year, spoke about how she was stuck in Hampi during the lockdown. She also spoke about how she was using the time to soak in nature and the surroundings.
