As for CBSE Class 10 Results, it is likely to be released in another half hour or hour from now. There is no confirmation as yet. Once declared, the link will be provided soon.

In latest information, schools had started to prepare for the 10th 12th result declaration. Though no official notice had been shared, different heads of schools have shared that their CBSE Result Dashboards have changed. This, schools say, happens just an hour before result declaration.

CBSE Result, if releasing today, may released by 1 pm and not later than that. Students can keep a check on official website for the same. Direct links given below.

CBSE Result 2025: How to Check on results.cbse.gov.in

  1. Go to the official website cbse.gov.in and click on Results
  2. On results.cbse.gov.in/ results.cbse.nic.in click on Class X Result Link or direct link provided above
  3. A new window will open
  4. Enter your CBSE Roll Number, School Number, Admit Card ID and Date of Birth (as listed on your CBSE Admit Card) and submit. Note, date of birth not needed for Class 12 results.
  5. Your result will be displayed on the screen

Downloading CBSE 10th Marksheet on DigiLocker

  1. Go to results.digilocker.gov.in
  2. Click on CBSE 10th Result 2025 or the direct link provided above
  3. If you have registered using Access Code as given by CBSE, enter your registered mobile number and access code as provided by CBSE to login – your CBSE Marksheet will be available under Issued Documents
  4. In case you already had a DigiLocker account, login using your Aadhaar number or registered mobile number and password. In this instance, students will have to go to Issued Documents and request CBSE Marksheet for Class 10 by providing their CBSE issued roll number

Class 10 Passing Criteria

To pass the secondary school or Class 10 board exams, student needs to score a minimum of 33 per cent marks in at least 5 subjects. In case a student had appeared for 6 subjects and fails to get 33 or above in 1 subject, the child will still be considered pass and need not appear for a compartment examination of any subject, should he chooses not to.

For a student who has scored less than 33 per cent in 2 subjects, he/she needs to appear for the compartment examination to get a pass certificate. Students failing to score a minimum of 33 per cent marks in less than 4 subjects is given a fail.

Please note, the 33 per cent marks are inclusive of internal as well as external examination. Students who have scored the required pass marks but wish to improve their score in a particular subject can also appear for the Improvement examination, conducted in the month of July.
