JEE Main Correction Window Opens Today for January 2026 Session

Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main Correction Window will open today – December 1, 2025. This is a one time opportunity for all students who have registered for the January 2026 session of the entrance examination.

All students and parents are advised to go through the application once. Any errors and changes, if required, must be corrected within the correction window. The correction window on jeemain.nta.nic.in is likely to open around 10:00 am today. It will close at 11:50 pm tomorrow – December 2, 205.

JEE Main 2026: Important Things to Check

Students are advised to check and carefully make corrections in the following particulars:

  1. Personal Details – Your name and your parents’ name. This can be corrected.
  2. Permanent and Present Address – this is also important and must be checked.
  3. Exam City Centre choices, language or medium of exam opted.
  4. Addition of paper (Paper 1 and/or Paper 2)
  5. Academic Details – Class 10, 12 marks and documents
  6. Picture Correction – this is extremely important and all are advised to check that their image has uploaded successfully. If not, please upload the image again.

JEE Main Exam Dates, Admit Card and More

JEE Main 2026 January Exam is scheduled to be conducted between January 21 and January 30, 2026. The exact schedule of the examination will be shared by National Testing Agency, NTA at a later date.

As for the admit card, NTA will release the admit card 4 days before the day of the exam. It will, however, release the exam city centre slip about 10 to 15 days before the start of the examination.

Tentatively, JEE Main exam city slip is likely to be released by January 10. Admit card download will begin after January 16.
