Xaviers Admission Test, XAT 2026 registration will close soon. The test is for admission to XLRIs flagship MBA/ PGDM programme. Candidates interested are required to complete the online application form on xatonline.in.
XLRI is one of country’s premier management institutions. It is widely recognized by the industry, especially in the field of human resources. Admission to the institute is done based on the performance in XAT examination along with interview rounds. XAT Registration closes in December, and exam will be conducted on January 4, 2026.
XAT 2026 Application – How to Register
- Go to the official website xatonline.in
- On the home page click on the New Registration Link – candidates who have registered can complete the online application form by logging in.
- Direct link to XAT 2026 registration page is provided here
- Fill the details, upload the documents and pay the fee to complete the online application form
- Once it is complete, a confirmation page will be released – take a printout for future reference
Exam Pattern
The examination is similar to the other management admission test. Like in CAT (Common Admission Test for Indian Institutes of Management). The test is designed to assess a balanced mix of aptitude, reasoning, and general knowledge.
XAT will have four key sections – Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation, and General Knowledge. It will be a computer-based test of three-hour duration. The exam will be conducted across various cities as mentioned in the information bulletin.
