  • You must work a minimum of 40 hours per week in any capacity related to EMS, such as a paramedic, ambulance driver, or first responder.
  • You must provide services to the neighborhood in which you are purchasing the property.

School Teachers

Teachers who are eligible for the Good Neighbor Next Door sales program must be full-time employees of a school, working with students from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade. They must also be responsible for educating students in the neighborhood in which the property is located. This program is open to teachers from public or private schools that have been accredited by the state, but does not include school administrators, coaches, or other school staff. It is important to note that only permanent, full-time teachers are eligible for this program. Part-time or substitute teachers do not qualify.
