Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE 10th Result 2025 is not releasing on May 6! The central board has rubbished the claim and called out a fake circular doing rounds on social media. Clarifying that the notice is fake, CBSE has reitereated that it has not released any such notice regarding CBSE 10th Result 2025 date.
CBSE Result Fake Notice
The fake notice, as attached by CBSE in it’s official tweet claims that CBSE Class 10 result will be declared at 11 am on May 6, 2025. The board has categorically denied releasing any such informaiton. Taking to its official social media handle, CBSE has said that the letter dated MAy 2 circulating on social media is fake.
The board further states, “No official announcement has been made regarding the declaration of Class X/XII 2025 results.” Check out the tweet below.
Parents and students are advised not to believe any unverified sources. As mentioned earlier as well, CBSE has not confirmed and is neither likely to confirm the release date for 10th 12th CBSE Results. The board will be announcing the results on the day of declaration and not ahead of it.
CBSE 10th 12th Result 2025 Date

Also, CBSE results may still release on May 6. The notice released is simply to dismiss the circular that is fake. More importantly, CBSE 12th Results will be released first and CBSE 10th Results will follow.
