Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE has released a corrigendum regarding the on-going Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, KVS, NVS Recruitment 2025. The board has revised the vacancies for various key posts across teaching and non-teaching positions.
Mostly, the number of vacancies have increased in KVS. For instance, the number of vacancies for Principal for KVS have increased from 134 earlier to 161. Simillarly, the number of PGTs has also increased from 1465 to 1606 now. Overall, the vacancies have increased from 14,967 to 15,762.

All are informed that after extending the deadline, the application window for recruitment for various teaching and non-teaching posts closes today – December 11, 2025. All must complete their application and pay the fees online before 11:50 pm today.

CBSE will be conducting the Tier 1 examination in the month of January. The board has already notified the dates. All those who have applied but not completed, or those who wish to apply are advised to complete the same before the window closes. No further extension is expected in the recruitment.
