She shows as well as motivates her followers to be active and stay healthy.  In her latest video Mira Rajput Kapoor is practicing yoga, skipping rope, planks, dumbbell lateral raises, knee raises and squat. She is practicing yoga asanas like Chakrasana or the backbend pose, Halasana or plough pose and Padmasana or the lotus pose in the video.
