Colors TV show Naagin 5 Actor Sharad Malhotra has tested positive for coronavirus. Sharad Malhotra is currently shooting on the sets of the Naagin 5. He displayed mild symptoms of COVID-19 on Thursday. The doctor advised him to get the COVID-19 test done. His reports tested positive. Sharad said, “They say if you stay positive, good things and people will be drawn to you. Well, I think, I took this line, too seriously(smiles). Unfortunately, I have tested COVID-19 positive. I have mild symptoms and have quarantined myself at home.”
He further added, “Thankfully, my wife Ripci has tested negative and she continues to follow all precautionary measures. Sharad Malhotra is currently playing the role of Veer Singhania in colors TV Naagin 5. He is winning the hearts of viewers with is portraying of the character of Veer that has different shades to his personality. His chemistry with Adi Naagin Surbhi Chandna who essays the role of Bani in the show, has also got a lot of love from the audience. In the promos, the Cheel – Veer and Adi Naagin – Bani are dancing as a couple at a function. The promos also show how Jay (Mohit Sehgal) will try to enter the Singhania house, while Veer and Bani host Veer’s brother Ponky and Mayuri’s engagement party.
