Raj Kundra’s Jail Time Extended As Cops fear He May Continue Committing Similar Crimes

Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty’s husband and Businessman Raj Kundra ‘s jail time has been extended by the sessions court on Tuesday. On the charges of producing as well as uploading pornographic content, the sessions court deferred his bail hearing till August 20^th. So far, Businessmen Raj Kundra is in police custody since July 19^th of this year. As per reports, the Crime Branch told the Sessions court that the accused Raj Kundra is not cooperating in the Porn case. As the investigations continue. The crime branch said that there is still a lot of evidence that is yet to be collected. They also alleged that a lot more witnesses and the victims of Raj Kundra’s Porn empire. And hey are coming forward to record their testimony. Raj Kundra’s Jail Time Extended As Bail Opposed

Opposing the bail, the crime branch submitted that Raj Kundra is an influential person. And bail will give him the opportunity to tamper with the evidence as well as influence the witnesses. They also pointed out that since Raj Kundra is a British citizen, he may try to leave the country. The crime branch told the court the accused, if granted bail, would continue to commit similar crimes by uploading obscene videos, which will impact our culture and send a wrong message to society. The crime branch said the possibility of the videos being uploaded outside India. As he is connected to the film world cannot be denied. Also, the victims in this case are primarily women who come from poor financial backgrounds and, if the accused is out on bail, They might not come forward with crucial evidence, the police said.
